About Us
SKBF Publishing is a family facilitated publishing company founded in
2008. Here is a brief introduction to the founder and some of the major
members of our review board team. In addition to the list below, we have
other scholars from all around the world who help us with the
manuscripts’ monitoring and review process, an editing team,
distribution team, cover design and page layout team etc. If we decide to
work together, you will become more familiar with the team working
with you and your project.
Founder
Roya Rohani Rad, MA, PsyD
Dr. Roya R. Rad is the founder of SKBF Publishing. She
is also the founder of Self Knowledge Base Foundation
(SelfKnowledegBase.com) with a number of activities geared toward
educating the public. Self Knowledge Base Foundation has a mission in
providing educational tools about self-growth and self-enhancement.
Roya R. Rad's educational background is in Psychology, Biology, and
Chemistry. She holds an APA accredited Doctorate degree from Argosy
University, Washington DC campus in Clinical Psychology and a Master
degree from Baltimore University, Maryland in Applied Psychology. She

passion which is public education and founded this publishing company
with the same purpose in mind.

Ali Asadi Pooya, MD
Dr. Ali Pooya, the founder's cousin and friend, finished
his Fellowship in Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology
from Jefferson Comprehensive Epilepsy Center,
Department of Neurology, Thomas Jefferson University,
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He finished his medical Doctorate in Shiraz
University and is currently the Director of EEG Laboratories in that same
university. Ali Pooya has about 12 worldwide awards and honors
including the 2006 Nomination as International Professional of the Year,
by International Biographical Center from Cambridge, England. In
addition, he received the 2005 Young Investigator Award, the 26th
International Epilepsy Congress in Paris. Ali Pooya has published about
37 research studies and about seven books. In addition, he has
presented a number of international as well as local conferences.
Amir Rohani, JD
Mr. Amir Rohani, the founders' brother, is an attorney in
the Northern Virginia office of Morrison & Foerster LLP,
practicing in the field of intellectual property law. His
practice focuses on patent prosecution, client counseling,
patent infringement and validity opinions, and patent litigation. Amir
Rohani has a Bachelors of Science degree in computer engineering from
University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a Juris Doctor degree
from University of Maryland. Prior to attending law school, Amir Rohani
worked for two leading Fortune 500 semiconductor companies. He is a
member of the Maryland bar and is registered to practice before the
United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Jennifer Tinnossh, DC
Dr. Jennifer Tinoosh, the founder's second cousin and
childhood friend, is the CEO of Chiro-Med Health Center,
Inc. in Lynchburg Virginia. She is a board certified
chiropractor by Virginia Board of Medicine and California
Board of Examiners. She earned a Bachelor Degree in Biology and
Chemistry from University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1994. She later
received her Doctor of Chiropractic with high honor from Cleveland
Chiropractic College of Kansas City in 1999. In 2002-2003, she
completed her Fellowship with American Academy of Physical Medicine
and California Academy of Manipulation Under Anesthesia. She is a
member of the prestigious North American Spine Society, along with the
ACA and VCA.
