industry databases, including Baker & Taylor, Ingram, Barnes & Noble, Borders,
Bowkers, Books a Million, Amazon, Powells, Andersen Merchandise, Follett
Library Resource, Brodart, and many more (approximately 60-70 trading
partners). This is a vital step in the process of selling your book especially when
it comes to national chains. There is no real selling until this phase happens.
You need to allow a minimum of 10-12 weeks for initial data activation for this
process.
In addition, our connection with the distribution services will sell your title to
Ingram Book Company, one of the largest wholesale distributors in the country.
Many of bookstores around the country order their books from Ingram. Ingram’
s database feeds many of the largest online bookstores, including BV.com,
which automatically makes your title available upon receipt of information.

meets publication standards.
Developmental Edit: A collaborative editing process in which both the author

group or country identifier, the publisher identifier, the title identifier and the

Attaining a copyright is important in the book publishing process. It ensures that
no one else takes your creation or if they do they have your permission to do
